He is passionate about the franchise he owns and is dedicated to bringing the best cleaning services and solutions to the people of the greater Alberton area. Chem-Dry Alberton won the prestigious award for ‘Best Franchise’ by Chem-Dry for her outstanding service and performance in 2012. Whether you wish to have your lounge suite in your residence cleaned or you need to insure the clean environment of your workers and employees at your business, make no mistake that Chem-Dry Alberton will get the job done, the Chem-Dry way.
Recently we attended the official Chem-Dry conference in Cape St. Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape to discuss new cleaning and marketing solutions and to meet up with the other Chem-Dry franchise owners. The head office introduced new tile and carpet cleaning equipment and demonstrated their superior efficacy over the previously promoted machinery.
“I had my carpets cleaned on Monday by your team from your Alberton branch Michelle . I had a problem where I had people who stayed with me for a few months and their dogs had urinated on a number of carpets. I tried everything to get rid of the smell, but it just seemed to get worse.
Your team came in and cleaned the carpets and put chemicals on and hey presto my carpets are not smelling any more and look like new. But, more than this your team were so pleasant efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Chem-Dry to everyone in future. Well Done.
We hear so many complaints about bad service nowadays I just felt that it so nice to get good service and to compliment it.” Kind regards S McKenzie

Did you know your carpets help filter the air inside your home? Carpet fibers trap dirt and allergens, which keeps them from circulating in the air you breathe.
But without regular deep cleaning, dirty carpets will become full and unable to trap additional dirt and grime.
That’s where Chem-Dry comes in! With our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) process, we can deep clean your carpets. This improves indoor air quality and delivers a healthier home.
Our innovative cleaning process uses about 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning. That means faster drying times and less risk of mold or mildew growth due to wet carpets.
Unlike other cleaners, Chem-Dry doesn’t rely on harsh chemicals or soapy detergents. Instead, we use a Chem-Dry Green Certified solution called The Natural®. This exclusive product is at the heart of our carpet and upholstery cleaning services.
Instead of using detergents, The Natural uses carbonation to clean carpet fibers. The solution releases millions of tiny carbonated bubbles that reach deep into your carpets. These bubbles loosen dirt, grit, and grime and lift them to the surface. At that point, our PowerHead® extraction equipment whisks the dirt out of your carpets.
The solution is based on ingredients copied from Mother Nature. That makes The Natural® a perfect choice for a healthier home.
What makes Chem-Dry different from other carpet cleaners?
Chem-Dry uses a unique cleaning process called Hot Carbonating Extraction.
This process uses the natural cleaning power of carbonation to remove soil and stains. (Think of how club soda can be used to get stains out of clothes!)
Hot Carbonating Extraction not only delivers a deeper and healthier clean — it also uses roughly 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning and hot water extraction systems.

Approved by the Carpet & Rug Institute
Our unique cleaning process is not only trusted by thousands of homeowners — it also bears the Carpet & Rug Institute’s Seal of Approval! The Seal of Approval is an independent program that grades carpet cleaning products and systems. It measures factors like how well cleaning tools and products remove soil from carpets, how long it takes for carpets to resoil after cleaning, and whether the system causes damage or discoloring to carpet fibers.
